based in france grew up in wales; teach english to undergrads and adults; once was backstage at a rock festival and ozzy osbourne was playing frontstage though did not meet him and not a fan, is that one thing or three things? :)

Hello,

I am Ludmilla Smirnova. Originally I am from Russia. I came to the USA in 2000. Back in Russia, I was a language teacher (English and German), worked at a school, then worked as an English language professor at the University, defended theses in Pedagogical Theory and Practice; in 1993 was elected a Dean of the School of Foreign Languages and was in that position till I left for the U.S. I am a Professor of Education at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY. I teach a variety of Methods courses for grad and undergrad students. I share with them my passion to teaching with technology. Since 2007 I have been collaborating with Nellie Deutsch in running Moodle for Teachers workshops, Moodle MOOCs, Connected Online conferences, etc. My blog is Teaching for the Future, My Twitter is @milasunshine.

Hi all

I´m Nora, from the northern Caribbean Coast of Colombia. I´ve been living and working in Tunja which is a small city, located two hours driving from Bogotá.

An English teacher for some years, now I enjoy retirement and some week hours of teaching at the Languages Institute of the Regional public university. I worked as an online English instructor for Sena which stands for Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (Center for Apprenticeship Training). I´ve taught blended courses using Blackboard and Moodle
