Hi again
I was wondering if you were a member of http://www.tea4teachers.org/
Unfortunately due to work commitments I could not attend the virtual round table conference.
However I have enjoyed looking at the Pecha Kuchas. I am working with Heike on some projects together, and she came to Leipzig before we moved further East to Poznan for BESIG.
As for LELTA I am the founder and am trying to encourage interest. Our first event will be on the 16th Jan and a Pecha Kucha Open Floor.
Ave a good un!
Thanks Brigitte - I'm afraid I only found out about the conference on the day and was in meetings pretty much the whole time so didn't get to take part. Next time!
Hope it all went well.
Ian

Thank you very much for the warm welcome! As I'm a student studying English Education, I hope I can learn a lot from professionals in Education here. I think it's a good opportunity to listen to what they are talking about..I will try to participate to share ideas and thoughts..Have a nice day, too!
Thanks so much, Brigitte for the welcome message. I'd be delighted to join the discussion, but where can I find the "classroom text chat"?
I attended the panel discussion at 7 pm GMT and have really enjoyed it so much; great information, comments, and questions, and all was right in time for most of us.
Thanks for the welcome. I made it the conference this morning, but I don't know when I can make the next one with my work schedule. I hope to attend more. This morning's was great.
Thank you for our welcome message. I look forward to meeting everyone virtually in this place! I am using Adobe Connect but I also have a SecondLife account. I am wondering where is the "Land" of this conference that I can teleport to?
Thank you for the warm welcome. This is a first for me and I have really enjoyed the sessions I have joined so far.
I agree with Iman that this is a lovely way to 'network' and meet people of like mind.

I am very happy to meet and exchange ideas. According to me, the online conference is a new experience for me. I feel I have got much benefit though I am not so active. I have known how to prepare in advance and share the next conference. I had some problem with the sound. Sometimes it was not clear.
I think our real work starts now after the conference if we really want to get benefit, The conference is a nice place to let us know each other in order to work together.
