I am also trying to build one for English (Australia)

We can create there a Dictionary of French Culture and so forth and thus have a database of instances of language in action
allowing for quick comparisons. How good is that?? You can also upload
there ideas about lessons in intercultural learning. To do all this, you
need to write to me and ask for an invitation as a collaborator. I
cannot wait!!
