I was wondering, how we can make it clear to students about the similar pronounciation of the words which may even change the even meaning of the words and even sometimes make them sound offensive, like beach and the other word is bitch. I have always corrected students in class and strongly stopped them saying the wrong pronounciation but I have always been told not to do so.
