Whatever the name, here is how it goes: They are open, participatory workshop-events, the content of which is provided by participants. Attendees propose sessions by writing their topic of interest on a whiteboard. To make sure that enough participants join a session, some voting takes place for the 3-4 most wanted topics. For each of those topics, break-out rooms will be provided. The participants interested in the various topics join such break out rooms and discuss, share and debate the topic. After 45min of discussions, a speaker is assigned to give a summary of the findings to all present, back in the main room.
